Project Summary:

In October 2014, we began working with the Rosebud Sioux Tribe to integrate the information collected by the many tribal programs together into a single tribal data clearinghouse. This data clearinghouse will enable all programs to draw from the complete set of tribal information when making planning and management decisions and serve to decrease the tribe’s dependency on inaccurate federal and other externally collected data. Additionally, tribal programs will be able to examine the relationships between data sets and map those relationships, which will enable the Rosebud Sioux Tribe to increase its self-sufficiency with respect to information about its resources and people.
