Central Skagit Library District Mapping

Big Water Consulting conducted a site suitability analysis in order to determine the optimal location of a new library branch within the Sedro-Woolley Skagit Library district. A number of factors were evaluated such as population density and the geographic proximity to state routes. The above map is one of many that helped the library pick an ideal new location.
